working as mining dispatcher ,there dispatching is automatic when one equipment of our active fleet is down or need an intervation the operator put the message directly on his tablet ,so we can contact the workshop and ask an intrvation after giving him the right information of the breakdown . In addition we prepare the daily presentation for production for the previos day, and we have the data stocked in the data base so we can find quickly if we need to do cmpraison or something like that and also we have the availability and utilisation for each type.of equipment that we use ...ect
