Director, Channel Sales - EMEA - Remote

About the Company:
Well established Secure Communications Software Vendor who have successfully launched an Application Security solution to monitor and detect threats at the endpoint.
About the Channels Director – EMEA:
Reporting to the Global Head of Channels, you will effectively position the company’s Security solutions with existing Partners and recruit new Security focused Partners across EMEA to achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure Partners are sufficiently trained and enabled to achieve maximum results
• Form great relationships with Partners and identify areas where satisfaction levels can be improved
• Identify new Partners and negotiate effectively so that mutually rewarding relationships are created
• Assess market trends and perform competitor analysis
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of Sales experience with 5+ years in Channel Sales and 3+ years in Cybersecurity Vendor, preferably Appsec/DevSecOps, Mobile or EDR
• Excellent organisation and project management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to create innovative solutions to problems
• Team player and multi-tasker
• Willingness to travel throughout EMEA
